Department of Corrections/Wrongful Death – ($2.8 million)

UTAH – HBSS represented two women injured when a former inmate supervised by the Washington State Department of Corrections went on a shooting spree. HBSS reached the $2.8 million settlement right before trial after extensive negotiation with the State of Washington.
