Endsley v. HOPE Services

HBSS is working on the Endsley case in collaboration with a San Jose, CA attorney, Stuart D. Kirchick. He approached HBSS after learning of our successful track record and is now serving as a partner on the case.

The case is against HOPE Services and the San Andreas Regional Center that have been assisting in the care of our client for years. Our client is a disabled woman who requires daily supervision and an overnight staff visitor from HOPE Services.

HOPE Services has failed on two occasions to adequately screen, hire, train, supervise and monitor its staff and in doing so has caused direct physical harm to our client. Our client has sustained irreversible damage for which we are seeking reimbursement.
