Leonard v. City of Seattle/Millennia

HBSS has filed suit against the City of Seattle and Millennia Health Care for the groups’ inability to provide sufficient care for our client who suffers from multiple sclerosis. Her condition requires daily assistance with dressing, bathing, feeding, body repositioning to avoid bed sores and personal hygiene.

The city and Millennia failed to provide adequate services and as a result our client was hospitalized for severe bed sores that cut down to her bone. Our client’s condition has worsened as a result of poor care and attention from the city and Millennia and our client is more dependent on others now than ever before.
